We have performed major and minor renovations and tenant fitments, as well as
large-scale design/build work, for organizations such as the U.S. Marshal Service, Department of Defense, Department of Justice, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Transportation Security Administration, Social Security Administration, Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives, and many more.

Education

We are proud to be an advocate for students, teachers, staff, to provide innovative solutions for school districts. We believe in the power of education and feel immense responsibility to do well by the client, to create dynamic learning environments. We respect budgets and navigate issues that arise.

Commercial

Commercial designs evolve as the needs of society changes. We continually find creative ways to influence the marketplace. Contemporary commercial projects are the outcomes of various studies on lifestyle, psychology, climate change, space-efficiency, cost savings and product research. We rely on a collaborative process where the client is invited to the table for planning sessions. The designs that emerge from alt32 are confident but also meet the dynamic needs and considerations of contemporary life.

Residential

Often very personal in nature, we listen intently to the client for insight. Proportion, light, materiality, and details are all given more creative weight as we find a unique space for dwelling. alt32 specializes in designing homes that create harmony and practicality. We uplift the human experience through thoughtful consideration of people and their desired space. Our preference is to partner early with a contractor to ensure that details and quality are considered at the onset of the project.
